T&Cs (The Boring Bits)

Putting the pub up

  1. The Inflatable Pub/Bar MUST be placed on a reasonably level surface.

  2. It is the responsibility of The Hirer to ensure that the area where the pub is to be inflated MUST be free of all obstructions, both on the ground and alongside. Branches overhanging from trees must be cut back. If the bar/pub is likely to be obstructed, cannot gain access or cause an obstruction it will not be put up and unfortunately you will still be charged the full price.

  3. The inflatables can only be set up on grass. There is a 24mph wind (incl gusts) restriction. All weather information will be taken from the www.metoffice.gov.uk forecast and a decision on suitable weather conditions covering the duration of the whole event or part of event from set up time will be taken on the morning of the event by ourselves, Inflatable Pubs management. If the Met Office forecast is for wind speeds including gusts, to exceed 24mph during any point of the hire period, then the booking shall be cancelled and the hirer will receive a full refund. During the hire period it becomes the hirers responsibility to monitor and ensure the safe use of the inflatable. In the event of the weather becoming too unsafe, in the hirer's judgement, to safely operate/use, due to sudden, unexpected or un-forecast changes in the weather, particularly windspeed, since the commencement of the hire period, then the inflatable should be emptied if possible, deflated and not used. Inflatable Pubs reserves the right to cancel the booking due to unsuitable weather conditions.

  4. The Pub/Bar needs to be secured to the ground once inflated so please consider this when thinking where to place it. It is secured using pegs in the ground.

  5. The Pub/Bar must have access to a reliable electric source, as the inflatable blowers will be running through the duration of your event. Hotels, Pubs, Community centres etc. should have no problem with this.

  6. We would ask that the inflatable is kept inflated at all times throughout the duration of the event period, unless it is unsafe to do so, and then deflated once the event is over.

  7. The Inflatable Pub and accessories remains the responsibility of the hirer for the duration of the event. In the event of any damage/loss, however caused, the hirer will be liable to compensate Inflatable Pubs in full for the repair or replacement of the damaged item and/or accessories.

  8. We will require a £50 deposit and proof of ID/address to secure your booking. The deposit is only refundable if the event cannot go ahead due to Govt Coronavirus restrictions and/or due to wind restrictions as mentioned in point 3.

  9. There may be extra charges for bank holidays/peak times.

  10. Rental price is for 24 hours or any part thereof. When possible we will set up on the morning of the event, however during busy times   set up may not be possible until the afternoon of the event.

  11. For public events and for events where the pub is required overnight the pub must be in a secure place.

  12. All correspondence regarding booking amendments/special requests etc must be made via email.

  13. By hiring the Pub you automatically agree to all of these terms and conditions.

  14. After reading all of the above, The Hirer still promises to have an amazingly good time and not worry!
